Workmen manoeuvre a 20-tonne concrete anchor out of Sydney Harbour June 25 as part of a clean-up of an old naval anchorage area in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. With Sydney Harbour recently being voted by international cruise lines as the "Best Destination" outside Europe and the Carribbean, the state government is continuing with a huge multi-million dollar clean-up program for the picturesque harbour that will anable it to be the showcase area ahead of, and during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
