FIVE KOOKABURRAS IN THE BACKYARD OF A SUBURBAN SYDNEY HOME.
Five Kookaburras line up on the branch of a tree in the backyard of a Sydney suburban home as dusk approaches April 7, 2002. Kookaburras, which are only found in Australia, are members of the Kingfisher family and live in family groups, looking after their bush territory and defending it from all other birds. The family often sit together on a tree branch and when they need to chase away trespassers they do so by criss-crossing over each other in flight. REUTERS/Mark Baker MDB/RCS
