Two children look at a sculpture called 'Shell' but nicknamed by locals
as 'Steaming Dog Poo' which is located in the Sydney suburb of Manly
June 16, 2003. A group of art vigilantes, calling themselves the
Revolutionary Council for the Removal of Bad Art in Public Places', are
threatening to get rid of such pieces located around the city and
suburbs, if they are not removed within three months. A council
spokesman has been quoted in a national newspaper as saying 'we have
blowtorches, angle grinders and bolt cutters, and we will use them if
