Breeder Siegfried Marth rounds up a gaggle of geese in a pasture in Strem in Austria's Burgenland province, November 4, 2015. Marth is raising some 700 geese organically for the traditional 'Martin Goose' (Martini Gansl) dinner in celebration of St. Martin each year. The feast of St. Martin of Tours (also called "Martini") marks the time when new wines are tasted, cattle are butchered and geese are at their prime.
