Anti-government protesters march towards the U.S. Embassy in Bahrain to protest against the life-sentence of Abdulhadi al-Khawaja, in the capital Manama, April 3, 2012. Khawaja is on a hunger strike for over 50 days now as a protest against his life sentence last year. Bahrain's Ministry of Interior statement said that al-Khawaja has been provided full medical care in accordance with the regulations.
