New York Yankees manager Joe Girardi (R) talks with heart transplant recipient Colby Salerno (2nd L) and his mother Kelly Salerno (L) after presenting a team jersey to him before the Yankees play the Boston Red Sox in their MLB American League baseball game at Yankee Stadium in New York August 18, 2012. Salerno, the 24-year-old Cheshire, Connecticut resident received a heart transplant in May and the Yankees invited him to promote awareness for organ donation.
