Belgian businessman and former diplomat Etienne Davignon arrives at the
Belgian Parliament to be heard by the Lumumba Commission in Brussels
July 13, 2001. The Parliamentary Inquiry Commission is investigating
the circumstances of the murder in 1961 of Congo's Prime Minister
Patrice Lumumba and the possible responsability of Belgian authorities
at the time.
