Belgium's Prince Philippe puts the royal seal on a sheet of Belgian stamps marked for the first time ever in euros October 1 in Brussels. The value of the stamp, which features King Albert II, is 17 BEF (0,42 EUR), the normal cost of sending a letter and will be on sale from October 4.
