The couple, married in a civil ceremony earlier on Saturday, took their wedding vows in the three languages of this linguistically divided country. The 39-year-old future king and Mathilde, who is 13 years his junior, married first in the gothic Town Hall on Brussels's medieval Grand Place, in a ceremony conducted in French, Dutch and German.
