Bolivian women and a witch doctor participate in an offering to "Pachamama" (Mother Earth) in La Cumbre, some 30 km (19 miles) on the outskirts of La Paz August 1, 2012. According to Andean culture, the month of August is a time to give offerings to "Pachamama" to give thanks for their farms and health.
