Kemal Karic (R), a Bosnian boy who lost his leg as a baby during the
1992-95 siege of Sarajevo, sits by his grandmother, who holds a cheque,
as a soccer supporter displays T-shirt of the national team of
Scotland, in the British Embassy in Sarajevo on August 1, 2002. Soccer
supporters from Scotland's "Tartan Army", voted by UEFA as the best
supporters of the World Cup in France 1998, donated money to buy new
