FEDERATION ARMY SOLDIERS PASS ELECTION POSTERS IN MOSTAR.
Bosnian Federation Army soldiers pass a wall with Party of Democratic Action (SDA) election posters in Mostar November 10, 2000. Bosnians vote on Saturday in their third general election since the Dayton peace accords ended the 1992-1995 war by creating a single state divided into a Serb Republic and a Muslim-Croat federation. The SDA is the main Muslim party, headed by Alija Izetbegovic who stepped down in October in his post as chairman of the three-member presidency citing age and fragile health.
