OUTGOING SFOR CHIEF SORRY WAR CRIMINALS ARE STILL AT LARGE.
Outgoing head of the NATO-led peacekeeping Stabilisation Force (SFOR), General Montgomery Meigs speaks October 11, saying that he regreted that more war crimes indictees have not been detained during his one-year tenure. Meigs was speaking during his farewell news conference. The U.S. Lieutenant General Ronald Adams will assume the authority from Meigs as new SFOr chief later this month.
