Russian soldiers stand behind concertina wire November 13 as Bosnian Moslem refugees protest in front of IFOR barricade placed in the Zone of Separation between Serb and goverment controlled territory near the village of Gajevi, some 170 km north-east from Sarajevo. Hundreds of Moslem refugees prevented from returning home by U.S. and Russian troops in northeastern Bosnia shouted insults and spat at a U.S. army officer. International powers implementing the peace accord in Bosnia have suspended a refugee return process until a crisis caused by communal violence was resolved.
