Prosper, on a one-day visit to Bosnia, said after a meeting with the
presidency that the United States will work hard with NATO to apprehend
Bosnian Serb wartime political and military leaders and fugitive war
crimes suspects Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic.Karadzic is believed
to be hiding in Bosnia's Serb Republic while Mladic is reported to be
