Residents and relatives try find survivors after a landslide affected around 60 houses at Vicoso Jardim neighborhood in Niteroi, 15 miles away from Rio's downtown, April 8, 2010. Rains kept pummelling Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday as officials in Brazil's second largest city scrambled to restore transit after 104 people were killed by landslides and floods. Rio's mayor said traffic had improved after flooded highways left commuters and residents stranded on Tuesday across the city, but called on people to postpone meetings and avoid travelling if possible.REUTERS/Bruno Domingos (BRAZIL - Tags: SOCIETY ENVIRONMENT)
