Brazilian Indians from various nations parade during the opening
ceremony of the VI Indigenous Nations' Games in Palmas, in northern
Brazil, November 1, 2003. Some 1,100 indians from 45 ethnic groups will
compete in sporting events including tug-of-war, spear throwing,
blowgun and soccer from November 2 to 8, in the northeastern state of
Tocantins, near the largest natural wetlands in the world.
