Brazilian Justice Minister Marcio Thomaz Bastos stretches after his early morning walk in the city park of the capital Brasilia, May 17, 2004. Brazil dropped an order for explusion of a New York Times correspondent on Friday after the government said he apologized to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva for an article that said he had a drinking problem. "The journalist says that he didn't intend to offend the president and that he is sorry for any harm he caused," Bastos told reporters. He said the letter from Rohter's lawyers constituted a "retraction" and "the president considers the issue with the journalist closed." REUTERS/Jamil Bittar JB/GN
