BRAZILIANS EXCHANGE LOCAL CURRENCY FOR DOLLARS IN RIO.
A Brazilian man (L) trades in some of his currency for U.S. dollar bills as part of a carnival prank in Rio de Janeiro, February 10. The self-proclaimed "Good Old Boys" members made light of the country's recent currency devaluation, by exchanging reais on a one-for-one basis. The curent exchange rate is 1.90 reais to the dollar.
