Rio De Janeiro, Brazil -
TOURISTS WAIT IN LINE OUTSIDE PASSPORT CONTROL AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN RIO DE JANEIRO.
Travelers form a long line while waiting to go through customs at the International Airport of Galeao, in Rio de Janeiro, March, 11,2004. More than 8,000 Brazilian federal police agents have been on strike since Tuesday, demanding higher wages. Their strike has resulted in suspention of key investigations across the crime-ridden country and affects investigative work into organized crime, control at borders and immigration services at airports. Many commuters have spent hours at customs, only to miss their flights, causing chaos at major airports like Galeao and Sao Paulo's Guarulhos. REUTERS/Bruno Domingos BD/GN
