correspondent tapes a segment at the lookout above Iguazu Falls just
before sunset, prior to the arrival of British Prime Minister Tony
Blair in Southern Brazil, July 31, 2001. An unseasonal winter heat wave
pushed temperatures above 82 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) on
the day of Blair's arrival. His visit is the first by a standing
British Prime Minister to Brazil.
