Sacks of cockle shells are washed by the tide on the sands of Morecambe Bay February 7, 2004 after 19 mainly Chinese shellfish gatherers died on Thursday night by drowning.Detectives said they would interview 16 survivors and continue looking for evidence in Morecambe Bay, where the victims were caught by rising tides on Thursday.
