Visitors to the Tate Britain look at artist Fiona Banner's installation, created for the Duveens Commission 2010 and entitled "Harrier and Jaguar", which consists of a real Harrier fighter jet hanging from the ceiling, in central London, November 1, 2010. Britain is considering selling a fleet of fighter jets it can no longer afford to fly, government minister Peter Luff was quoted as saying on Monday in an interview with the Financial Times. India is the most likely purchaser of the Harrier, according to the newspaper. REUTERS/Andrew Winning (BRITAIN - Tags: ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS MILITARY POLITICS SOCIETY)
