BRITAIN'S QUEEN ELIZABETH II ARRIVES AT ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL IN THE
CORONATION CARRIAGE FOR THE GOLDEN JUBILEE SERVICE OF THANKSGIVING IN
LONDON.

Britain's Queen Elizabeth II (in blue) stands at the entrance of St.
Paul's Cathedral after arriving by the Coronation Carriage for the
Golden Jubilee Service of Thanksgiving in London June 4, 2002.
Thousands of people gathered in central London for the festivities on
the final day of the celebratory weekend marking the Queen's 50th year
on the throne. The golden coach was first seen in public in 1762, when
King George III travelled to the state opening of parliament. It cost a
hefty 7,562 pounds to make, the equivalent of over $1 million today. It
was last used at the Queen's Silver Jubilee in 1977. REUTERS/Stephen
