BRITIAN'S QUEEN ELIZABETH II AND THE COUNTESS OF WESSEX LEAVE ST.
MARY'S CHURCH ON THE SANDRINGHAM ESTATE IN NORFOLK.
Britain's Queen Elizabeth II (L) and the Countess of Wessex leave St.
Mary's Church on the royal Sandringham estate after attending a
traditional anglican service of morning prayer in Norfolk January 13,
2002. In light of the recent revelations concerning Britain's Prince
Harry, third in line to the throne, smoking cannabis and heavy
drinking, the service at St. Mary's conducted by Cardinal Cormac
Murphy-O'Connor was somewhat overshadowed. Cardinal Cormac
Murphy-O'Connor was the first member of the Catholic hierachy to preach
to the Royal Family in one of its own churches for 500 years.
