TRACEY SWEEK PUTS THE FINAL TOUCHES TO THE RESTORATION OF THE VICTORIAN
Stone Conservator Tracey Sweek puts the final touches to the
restoration of the World's oldest dinosaur park in South London,
January 3, 2002 after it was left to slowly decay for nearly 150 years.
The park, which orginally opened in 1854 five years before the
publication of Darwin's book "Origin of the Species", will contain 29
life size statues and has cost 3.6 million pounds to restore to its
former Victorian glory. REUTERS/Russell Boyce
