Britain's Queen Elizabeth emerges from the King Edward VII hospital
after surgery on her knee in London, January 14, 2003. The Queen had
surgery lasting 45 minutes on Monday during which doctors removed a
torn cartilage in her right knee. A Buckingham Palace spokeswoman said
the operation went very well and the Queen is expected to be "fully
