Newly laid flowers are seen at the Dryfesdale garden of remembrance in Lockerbie, March 25, 2004, erected in honour of all who died in the 'Lockerbie bombing' when Pan Am flight 103 exploded over the Scottish border town killing 270 people on December 21, 1988.
