Richard LeBeau from South Dakota looks at the Ghost Dance Shirt, which has been held in the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow since 1882, November 19. Glasgow City Council have decided to return the shirt, which was worn at the Battle of Wounded Knee, to the Lakota Sioux.
