Britain's Minister for Transport Stephen Byers visits the scene of the
Potters Bar rail crash in Hertfordshire May 11, 2002. An investigation
is under way into the crash, in which seven people died, with focused
attention on the set of points, that the train passed at high speed
just before the fourth carriage came off of the track and careered at
high speed onto the platform of Potters Bar Railway Station.
