Ann and Terrance Swankie hug their dog Woofie after winning their appeal at the Edinburgh High Court November 20. The hearing, attended by French screen legend Brigitte Bardot, overruled an earlier decision that Woofie should be put down for chasing and barking at a postman in her home town of Peterhead.
