The U.N. backed tribunal in Cambodia resumed its second trial of former Khmer Rouge leaders on Monday against former President Khieu Samphan, former Foreign Minister Ieng Sary and "Brother Number Two" Nuon Chea, who are charged with war crimes and genocide.
