Some 300 people, including victims' families, monks, politicians and victims, gather at a memorial site March 30 to remember the 17 killed and more than 100 injured on March 30, 1997, when four grenades ripped through a crowd listening to a speech by opposition leader Sam Rainsy. No one has been charged in the attack and those gathered on Thursday called for international assistance in seeking justice.
