CAMBODIA DESTROYS LAST STOCKPILE OF LANDMINES.

km (50 miles) north of the capital Phnom Penh, January 14, 2002. In
1999 Cambodia passed into law an international treaty banning the use
of landmines and the mines destroyed on Monday were the last of the
