Police and residents pull a motorscooter away from a blazing building
in Phnom Penh March 12, 2002. Over 1,000 people were made homeless by
the fire which engulfed 235 wooden-shack homes built on the roof of the
building. To escape paying high rents Cambodians have built wooden
villages on the roofs of many large buildings in Phnom Penh.
