French President Jacques Chirac (C) and UN General Secretary Koffi Anan (L) are welcomed by Cameroon's President Paul Biya (R) as they arrive in Yaounde January 17, 2001. Chirac and Anan are in Cameroon to attend the three-day 21st France-Africa summit where 52 African countries have been invited.
