CONSTITUTION.
Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien notes his signature on the
Canadian Constitution on the 20th anniversary of its signing, at a
ceremony in Ottawa, April 17, 2002. Chretien was Minister of Justice
when it was signed in 1982, which replaced the 1867 act of the British
Parliament that created Canada, and also added a Charter of Rights and
