Reuters correspondent Alistair Sharp tries on a Vrvana virtual reality headset, which was made with parts formed by a 3-D printer, in Toronto September 12, 2014. A tiny Montreal tech company is betting its virtual reality headset can move quickly from a working prototype into a mass-produced rival to versions in the works from the likes of Facebook, Samsung and Sony. Vrvana Inc aims to raise C$350,000 ($318,000) to make the first 1,000 units of its Totem headset via crowd-funding website Kickstarter, it said ahead of the month-long campaign's launch on Tuesday.
