CHINA'S FOREIGN MINISTER ARRIVES IN KUWAIT FOR SHORT VISIT.
Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan (R) arrives in Kuwait on a three day official visit February 18. Tang was recieved at the airport by Kuwait's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Suleiman al-Shaheen (L).
