The eatery specialises in serving sharks' fin soup, a Chinese delicacy originating from the country's south that usually takes a day to prepare. The restaurant's world-wide patented recipe enables customers to open a packet of dried vacuum-packed ingredients and drink the fragrant soup in ten minutes. A packet which serves four people costs 198 yuan. ($23.85).
