The public stands in line outside the U.S. Capitol to get tickets to the impeachment trial against President Clinton, January 7. The Senate launched the first presidential impeachment trial in more than 130 years, sitting in judgement on wheather President Clinton should be removed from office for high crimes and misdemeanors.
