About one hundred internal refugees stormed the ICRC Wednesday building to press for a solution to their social and economic demands. Around of 1.2 million people have been displaced in Colombia during the last 10 years amid fighting between leftist guerrillas and paramilitary death squads. The ICRC announced it was suspending all operations in Colombia after the mob stormed its offices.
