TO ACCOMPANY FEATURE BC-COLOMBIA-FARCLANDIA - Colombian leftist rebels take off webbing belts before playing a game of soccer in San Vicente del Caguan. Colombian President Andres Pastrana ceded San Vicente and a Switzerland-sized area of 16,000 sq. miles (42,000 sq. kms) of jungle and savannah, surrendering it to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) in November to jump start a peace process aimed at ending the hemisphere's most intractable conflict. But there is an underlying sense of resentment here. No one remembers being consulted before the government put San Vicente under the control of insurgents. And while guerrillas operated around the town for decades they now reign supreme, giving orders from an office - adorned with portraits of Marx, Lenin and Ernesto "Che" Guevara - overlooking the main square.
