Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) President Laurent Kabila at the ceasefire summit held in the Zambian capital July 10. Six African governments involved in the war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo signed a ceasefire accord on Saturday but without the rebel groups who have been fighting to oust Congolese President Laurent Kabila.
