CONGO.
French soldiers patrol a a road in Bunia, June 11, 2003 where an
emergency international force is deploying to stop tribal fighting in
Democratic Republic of Congo. French commanders said hundreds more of
their 1,400-strong multinational force were now heading for the town of
Bunia with a U.N. mandate to end fighting between Hema and Lendu tribal
militias that has killed hundreds and forced tens of thousands from
