Indonesians labourers work at a construction site in Putrajaya outside Kuala Lumpur September 14, 2005. Once a booming business, Malaysia's building sector is expected to shrink for the second straight year in 2005 due to a decline in government jobs, a temporary shortage of foreign labour and rising material costs. The sector's contribution to the economy has fallen by half since 1995 when the industry grew by a sharp 21.1 percent. Last year, the sector contracted 1.9 percent. Photo taken September 14, 2005.
