ECUADORIAN BOAT ARRIVES DETAINED WITH 28 FISHERMEN AT NAVAL BASE.
Ecuadorian boat "San Jose" arrives detained at Naval Base in Puntarenas
some 100 miles from San Jose, August 23, 2001, after they were fishing
illegaly in Costa Rican waters near the Coco Island. Twnety eight
fishermen were captured when their Ecuatorian fishing boat was caught
by the Costa Rican Coast Guard.
