A communication worker with the national flag protests in front of the Costa Rican Istituto of Electricity against legislators who approvaed in the first debate the privatization of the telecommunications and electtricity industry March 21. Workers as well as the students, protested for a fifth day against the project to privatize telecommunications and electricity in Costa Rica.
