Thirteen-year old Kenny J. Mays listens October 3, 2002 as a Milwaukee
County Children's Judge orders Mays held on $100,000 bond, and charged
with him with first degree murder in the death of Charlie Young, Jr.
Mays was one of seven charged with murder in Milwaukee County
Children's Court in Wawautosa, Wisconsin. Twelve youths are being held
in connection with the September 29 beating death in Milwaukee, and
three others, including a 32-year old man, are being sought.
