arraignment in a fatal hit-and-run accident, July 7, 2003 in Phoenix.
O'Brien pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on a Class 4 felony
charge of leaving the scene of a serious injury or fatal accident on
June 14, 2003 in which he alledgedly hit Jim Reed, resulting in Reed's
death. O'Brien is the first Bishop in America to face felony charges.
